Hello dear friends,
We’ve enjoyed the past few months, but now its time to finish our work here in the US and head back to Thailand. Many people there are eager for us to return.
We’ve missed a few birthdays—but the families celebrated each one’s special day. “it is a time to celebrate with a hearty meal and to send presents…” (Neh 8:10)
Several of our college-dorm girls enjoyed a “cook-out” while the guard dog, Dingo, helped with clean-up. (L-R: Pring, Ploi, and Tiida) “On Saturday evening we gathered together for the fellowship meal.” (Acts 20:7)
At Home of Promise, the children were happy to help put down some patio-blocks –changing a muddy spot into a new play area. “You will again be happy and dance merrily” ((Jerem 31:4)
Now, about this photo of the boys at Home of Light…uhm…I don’t know what to say. Haircut Day? At least everyone looks happy. “He cut his hair only once a year…” (2 Sam 14:26)
This is little Joseph, building his arm muscles. Check the inset to see where his inspiration comes from. “The Lord gives me power and strength” (Isaiah 12:2)
God bless you all.
Please keep praying for the physical & spiritual wellness of all the children & families.
